What counts as one active job?

A job is active from the moment you open it until you close it. Closing a job stops billing for that role. You can reopen it at any time.

How many screens can I run per job?

Each active job includes 100 screens per billing cycle. If you need more, additional screens are $1 each. The job stays open and screening continues without interruption. No seat limits and your whole team shares the same dashboard.

What happens if I close a job mid-cycle?

Billing stops immediately when you close a job. You are not charged for the remainder of the cycle.

How does talent pool billing work?

Talent pools are billed per completed interview at $2.99 each. There is no monthly fee for a pool and no cap on how many interviews you can run. You are charged only when an evidence brief is generated.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts and no minimum commitment. Close your jobs or cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your account stays active through the end of the current billing period.

What about disqualified candidates?

If a candidate is disqualified in the qualifier gates, for example because they require sponsorship or their comp expectations are outside your range, the interview ends immediately and does not count against your screen quota or talent pool usage.
