About Probix

Probix is built by Focovi LLC, a small team that has spent time on both sides of the hiring table and got tired of the same problem: too many candidates, not enough signal, and a process that wastes everyone's time.

The standard phone screen is a coin flip. It depends on who ran it, what mood they were in, and whether they had 20 minutes or 45. Probix replaces that inconsistency with a structured, evidence-based evaluation. Every candidate goes through the same process the same way.

Our philosophy: AI surfaces evidence. Humans make decisions. Probix will never make an autonomous hiring recommendation. It produces a structured evidence brief with qualifiers, interest, communication quality, and competency scores. That brief goes in front of a human hiring manager who makes the call.

We care about candidate experience too. The interview is voice-only, runs in a browser, takes 20–30 minutes, and doesn't require an account or an app. Candidates are told upfront that AI is part of the process.

Interview audio is stored securely and retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted. It is never used to train AI models and is never shared with third parties.
